Maintenance and Service Supervisor

Location: Metro Manila

Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Regular working hours)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to oversee the daily technical operations of our service team. This role ensures all machines are properly maintained, calibrated, and performing efficiently. You'll lead a team of engineers, support clients through preventive maintenance, and uphold quality standards across all technical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the National Sales Manager and Chief Operations Officer
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines
  • Perform alignment, calibration, quality control, testing, and evaluation of machines prior to delivery
  • Conduct client orientations, demonstrations, and machine runs
  • Submit regular technical and activity reports related to operations
  • Be on call to address urgent client concerns beyond working hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Coordinate backup units for unresolved machine issues
  • Monitor machine performance and reagent expiration during client visits
  • Provide technical guidance and reminders to end-users on proper maintenance
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and monitor engineers' performance in assigned areas

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Electronics Engineering, or any related 4-year engineering course (PRC license not required)
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience handling technical staff
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and computer literacy
