About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our
Talent Acquisition
team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and employer branding while working closely with experienced HR professionals in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job qualifications
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Help maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Conduct initial phone screenings or assessments, where applicable
  • Assist in organizing recruitment-related events, job fairs, and sourcing drives
  • Support in employer branding efforts through content creation and social media engagement
  • Prepare reports and recruitment metrics as needed
  • Perform other administrative and HR tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ATS is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
