Job Summary:

An AI Champion leads the integration of Artificial Intelligence across the entire HCT Ecosystem. This role is central to our transformation journey which focuses on enhancing education delivery, streamlining operations, optimizing marketing and sales efforts, and future-proofing our services. Evaluates, deploy and oversee AI tools that help elevate performance and experience for both learners and internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Education & Curriculum Innovation

Design and implement AI-powered tools to enhance teaching methodologies, simulate clinical scenarios and personalize student learning journeys.

Collaborate with curriculum developers and faculty to embed AI-based feedback, analytics, and into learning platforms ( adaptive learning, skills gap analysis, assessment tools)

Evaluate and pilot generative AI application in student support (virtual tutors, chatbots, exam reviews)

Operations & Process Improvement

Identify repetitive, manual internal processes and propose AI-based solutions to streamline administrative, HR, Finance and compliance workflows.

Lead digital transformation projects with measurable cost savings or time-efficiency improvements

Build SOPs and train teams on AI tool usage across departments

Sales & Marketing Support

Develop and implement AI tools for customer segmentation, lead scoring, predictive analytics and content automation.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to build AI-enhanced funnels, including chatbot integrations, automated email workflows, and CRM analytics.

Integrate AI with digital marketing (e.g performance ads, SEO optimization, A/B testing) to improve conversion rates and campaign outcomes.

Leadership & Evangelism

Serve as the in-house AI advocate to conduct internal workshops, trainings and case studies to encourage adoption.

Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends, tools and policies to ensure ethical, compliant and effective implementation.

Coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants for AI software evaluation and integration.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Innovation, Educational Technology or any related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML project management, innovation leadership or digital transformation roles

Proven ability to research, vet, implement and train teams on AI tools (no-code and low-code platforms included)

Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives

Excellent communication and presentations skills with a passion for upskilling others.

Preference:

Experience working in Education, Healthcare, BPO or startup environments

Familiarity with platforms like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Runway, Jasper, HubSpot, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Salesforce, Notion AI, etc

Certification or continuing education in AI, Data Analytics or Digital Transformation.
