We're looking for an Operations Management Intern who is eager to gain experience in supporting daily business operations. This role is for students who want to explore how operational systems, processes, and workflow management work in a real business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring day-to-day business operations and workflow activities such as fulfillment, encoding inventory, and scanning fulfilled orders.
  • Help in documenting operational procedures, reports, and internal communications.
  • Support the operations team in tracking task progress and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
  • Analyze basic data and suggest possible improvements based on observations. Willing to be assigned in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City.

Requirements:

  • Currently taking up Operations Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Must be a currently enrolled student, eligible for OJT or an Internship.
  • With an endorsement letter or other internship requirements from the school.
  • Willing to comply with company policies and schedules.
  • Can commit to the required number of OJT hours.
  • Must be responsible, punctual, and respectful in the workplace.

Note: This internship is unpaid. The schedule will depend on your school's OJT requirement.
