Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Division Merchandise Manager located in Quezon City. The Division Merchandise Manager will oversee product assortment, manage inventory, and drive sales performance within their assigned division. Day-to-day tasks will include strategic planning, implementing customer service initiatives, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels. The role also involves regular communication with store staff to ensure optimal product placement and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and driving sales performance
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management and Assortment planning
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Experience in the retail or home improvement industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
