We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Merchandising Assistant Manager to support our merchandising team If you have a love for retail, a keen eye for visual presentation, and enjoy analyzing sales data, this is the perfect role for you. You'll assist in developing and implementing merchandising strategies that maximize sales and enhance the customer experience. Think creativity, collaboration, and driving results

Responsibilities:

Merchandising Strategy & Implementation:

  • Assist the Merchandising Manager in developing and implementing merchandising plans and strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.

Visual Presentation & Display:

  • Create visually appealing displays that showcase products and attract customers.
  • Ensure that all displays are well-maintained and in line with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with visual merchandising teams to implement seasonal and promotional displays.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are adequately stocked.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage product flow and minimize stockouts.
  • Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation.

Pricing & Promotions:

  • Assist in setting pricing strategies and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that pricing is accurate and consistent across all channels.

Team Leadership & Training:

  • Assist in training and supervising merchandising team members.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on merchandising best practices.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyze merchandising reports on a regular basis.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present merchandising reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or any related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for retail and visual presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
