Job Description:

  • Ensures achievement of 100% sales target of the assigned division.
  • Leads in product development and brings in new things in the merchandise assortment.
  • Guides Buyers in maintaining the right assortment that support store cluster, target market demographics., etc.
  • Coordinates with Catman team on the updated, timely and accurate compliance of shelf management guidelines across stores.
  • Ensures prompt submission of reports on regular and seasonal promotions of buyers.
  • Ensures that the right inventory and correct merchandise selection is maintained across stores.
  • Knows and understands how and when to do markdowns and price break controls.
  • Assists Buyers in addressing categories that are above/below target inventories, whether for transfer, for promotion or return to vendor.
  • Reviews monthly business performance (Sales and Other Income solicitation) and months on hand reporting to Management committee.
  • Endorses new store assortment plan and layout, new buys and suppliers, price adjustments, promotions (whether bundling or price off), concessionaire contracts and PO extensions.
  • Recommends Stock Verification and Shipping Manifests.

Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or any related course
  • Preferably with minimum of 5 years work experience as Supply Chain Manager, Supply and Demand Manager and with experience in purchasing, inventory management and planning deliveries
  • Experience in handling purchasing team with 3 to 5 members
  • Must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications
  • With knowledge in Netsuite system is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on-site
  • Willing to be deployed in Quezon City
