We're Hiring: AI Configuration Engineer

Work Setup: Work-from-Home (with internet & meal allowance)

Location: Philippines

Shift: Night Shift (with 15% differential)

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with customers to understand business needs and design AI-driven contact center solutions.
  • Configure applications on the Five9 platform, often integrating with tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or HubSpot.
  • Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Provide expert advice, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Collaborate with global teams on cloud, telephony, and AI-based solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of Professional Services Implementation or Cloud/Telephony experience
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, VoIP, IVR, and Contact Center systems
  • Knowledge in AI/IVA technologies (Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, etc.)
  • Familiar with APIs (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
  • Excellent English communication and client-facing skills
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in CCaaS, CRM, AWS, GCP, or Salesforce
  • Experience in enterprise-level deployments with multiple vendors
  • Creative and analytical mindset for solution architecture
