  • Operate batching equipment to accurately weigh, mix, and batch materials such as cement, water, and aggregates.
  • Ensure correct ingredient proportions and mixing times to meet project specifications.
  • Adjust batch weights and mix designs as needed to accommodate environmental factors and specific project requirements.
  • Monitor batch quality by performing tests to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Document and adjust for any variations in the mix, identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
  • Report any quality issues to supervisors and collaborate to find solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of batching and mixing equipment to prevent malfunctions.
  • Troubleshoot and fix minor issues; report major maintenance needs or repairs to the maintenance team.
  • Ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations.
  • Track raw material levels (cement, aggregates, admixtures) to ensure sufficient stock for upcoming production.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to order materials as needed and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain accurate records of all batches, production levels, and test results for quality control and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on production quantities, inventory usage, and equipment status.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of materials.
  • Regularly inspect the batching area for potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
