Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines MVL Group Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

· Perform quality control tests of coarse and fine aggregates based on AASHTO / ASTM Test Method Standards.

· Perform quality tests of fresh and hardened concrete in the laboratory and field.

· Regular monitoring of aggregate moisture content for every batch of concrete.

· Report all analysis data to the Laboratory QC Engineer / Manager in the form of worksheets.

· Maintain the integrity of lab instruments and testing equipment, inform the Laboratory QC Engineer / Manager of test-related abnormalities, and Maintains good housekeeping of the Laboratory testing area.

· Perform daily checks of Laboratory equipment and facilities such as drying oven, weighing balance, curing tanks/room, etc.

· Perform Internal Calibration of non-critical laboratory equipment/apparatus. Regularly check the calibration status of each equipment/apparatus.

· Maintain the proper sampling standard of all raw materials for the concrete Batch Plant.

· Perform regular Trial Mix in the Laboratory or on-site.

· Monitor and train the Assistant Laboratory Technician in non-critical tests such as moisture content.

· Follow the set Quality Management System of the Laboratory based on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 or ISO 9001:2015.

· Aware of health and safety procedures and the safe system of work required to perform the duties.
