DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive purchase requests and coordinate with the requestor
  • Canvass for price of the items/services. Forward the canvass sheet to supplier.
  • Encode and update To Dos Monitoring
  • Negotiate with supplier for the price and payment term
  • If item requested is per sample, canvass out of office and scout for the item.
  • Follow up and summarize the quotation from supplier
  • Endorse the canvass summary for approval.
  • Encode in PO monitoring and make PO of the items and approved supplier.
  • Get confirmation from supplier & delivery commitment/pick up schedule
  • Forward billing/request payment to Accounting and record in the logbook.
  • Email delivery status/details to the requestor
  • Check invoice and delivery receipts
  • Prepare PMR and arrange schedule for transfer/JRS Pouch.
  • Received and file copy of signed PMR
  • Email and follow up accountable employee for PMR.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any Business Course (4-years)
  • Can drive 2 and 4 wheels vehicle - WITH UNEXPIRED DRIVER'S LICENSE
  • Proficient in Microsoft esp. in Excel/ google sheets
  • Efficient in multi-task and fast
  • Result-driven
  • Good in decision making
  • Good in communication and negotiation skills
  • Organizational Skills

WORK SCHEDULE

Mondays to Fridays : 8:00am to 4:00pm

Saturdays: 8:00am to 12:00nn

OFFICE LOCATION

2F Babista Bldg., J. Palma Gil corners C.M. Recto Streets, Davao City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
