Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Logistic Staffs/Manpower to join our team. This role is responsible for checking, monitoring, and ensuring that all items are accurate, complete, and properly documented. The Logistic Staff will also maintain cleanliness in the logistics area and coordinate closely with the Purchasing Staffs to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and verify incoming and outgoing items against delivery documents
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and proper handling of all stocks
  • Prepare and update logistics records, reports, and documentation
  • Coordinate with Purchasing Staff and other departments for deliveries and inventory concerns
  • Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies immediately
  • Assist in regular inventory counts and audits
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage and logistics areas
  • Support warehouse and store operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate;
  • With at least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory (preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in basic inventory checking and documentation
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting if required
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
