Job Description

  • Supports and leads inclusion initiatives across the company.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to promote equity and deliver diversity-focused training.
  • Designs and implements dignity programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation to enhance inclusive hiring and ensure unbiased job descriptions.
  • Facilitates virtual and in-person training on unconscious bias and inclusive practices.
  • Manages event coordination, logistics, and related program activities.
  • Analyzes recruitment data, measures program impact, and recommends improvements.
  • Prepares communication materials and maintains resources to drive awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Management, HR Development, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience, ideally in a global shared services setting.
  • Experience managing and implementing company-wide programs.
  • Strong background in HR and program management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Preferred: PHR/SPHR or L&D certification and a master's degree.
