The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading the planning, design, installation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. This role ensures that all electrical works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), local regulations, and project specifications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise electrical engineering works at site or plant.
  • Design and review electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, and load calculations.
  • Prepare and evaluate electrical plans, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material submittals, and technical specifications.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, controls, grounding, etc.).
  • Conduct preventive maintenance planning and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code, local regulations, and company safety standards.
  • Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation teams for integrated project execution.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and electricians.
  • Perform site inspections, progress monitoring, and quality assurance of electrical works.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies for permits and approvals.
  • Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and as-built drawings.
