We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end projects within Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, and Logistics. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills who can manage complex operational projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans in alignment with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Identify business needs and apply analytical approaches to develop data-driven solutions.
  • Drive process improvement and efficiency projects within warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and risk assessments to management.
  • Monitor project budgets, resources, and timelines; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments for seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Project Management within Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, or Industrial Operations.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of Project Management and Industrial Engineering principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale or cross-functional operational projects.
