The Project Manager Supply Chain and Industrial Engineering will be responsible for leading and executing projects across warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, and industrial engineering functions. The role requires a highly analytical, organized, and results-driven professional who can plan, execute, and monitor complex projects while ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in project management, industrial engineering, and logistics operations, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute project plans in alignment with defined scope, timelines, and budget for warehouse and supply chain operations.
  • Lead project team members in executing project tasks, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to schedules.
  • Identify business needs and determine analytical approaches to develop effective solutions to data and operational issues.
  • Understand business goals and contribute to strategic solutions that drive operational improvement and efficiency.
  • Handle complex analyses to address cross-functional business issues and implement process optimization initiatives.

Collaboration, Communication, and Facilitation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions across supply chain, logistics, and industrial engineering functions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and requirements.
  • Provide clear and timely communication on project status, challenges, and milestones.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication channels to ensure alignment and problem resolution.

Budget, Resource, and Risk Management

  • Monitor project budgets and resource utilization, identifying and managing variances to ensure adherence to approved allocations.
  • Manage project risks and issues by identifying potential obstacles and developing mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure optimal use of resources while maintaining cost efficiency and meeting project deliverables.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least seven (7) years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Maintenance, Transportation and Logistics, and Industrial Engineering.
  • In-depth understanding of Project Management and Industrial Engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Industrial Engineering tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Non-Negotiable Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Project Management tools.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Maintenance, Transportation and Logistics, and Industrial Engineering.
