  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Position Type: Contractor
  • Work from home requirements: Must supply own computer, multiple screens, and quality headset with sufficient internet access
  • Hours: 40-hour standard week, additional hours available. Must be available weekends for a fortnightly shift (one Sat or Sun per fortnight).
  • Wage: 30,000 pesos +

About the role:

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be a key ambassador for the Customer Experience team, ensuring that customers receive timely and satisfactory support while upholding the company's reputation for delivering exceptional products and services. You will work within the Customer Support team as a Support Specialist, fielding enquiries such as general enquiries, sales consultations, technical troubleshooting, and product specifications. 

Must have's:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Empathetic and customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and complaints
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other customer service tools

Nice to have's:

  • A passion or strong interest in outdoor adventure activities
  • Experience with an eCommerce business (online sales)
  • Experience with Gorgias
  • Experience with Aircall
