Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Services Specialist provides support in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and brand activities. The role ensures that marketing initiatives are implemented effectively and aligned with company standards, contributing to brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams for marketing collaterals, events, and promotional activities.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, preparing regular reports on effectiveness.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for events, activations, and sponsorships.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all channels and materials.
- Manage marketing database, client lists, and communication tools for campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing support or services (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing, basic SEO).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative mindset with basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
