Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Klaviyo Specialist to manage and optimize our email and SMS marketing campaigns. This role focuses on leveraging Klaviyo's automation and segmentation capabilities to improve customer engagement, increase conversions, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with experience in email marketing strategy, content personalization, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, build, and execute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, including flows, automation, and one-off sends.
- Segmentation & Targeting: Develop audience segments and personalization strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue attribution) and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- A/B Testing: Implement testing strategies to refine subject lines, send times, content, and design.
- Integration Management: Ensure Klaviyo is properly integrated with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and other tools.
- Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Collaboration: Work with design, content, and marketing teams to create compelling assets and ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing email/SMS campaigns with Klaviyo.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization (a plus).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with eCommerce marketing strategies.
- Experience in customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
- Creative eye for email design and user experience.
