Demo Power Philippines, Inc. is a leading below-the-line marketing services company in the Philippines, specializing in in-store product demonstrations, sampling, and merchandising. As part of Asia's largest marketing company, Omni Marketing Global (OMG), they provide integrated solutions such as brand activations, sales field force deployment, and event management to help clients engage with consumers and drive product trials and conversion.

Role Description

  • Will be responsible in handling volume hiring for manpower request
  • Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
  • Establish and post job adverts on job search websites
  • Handle end to end recruitment
  • Under operations department

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • With at least
    6 months experience
    in Mass hiring or Manpower ( Merchandising/ Retail background)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply with 6 months of recruitment experience
  • Marketing Industry and Below The Line Experience is a plus
  • Willing to be assigned in Ugong Norte, Quezon City ( Near Eastwood )
  • Can start ASAP
