We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive success for our clients.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of projects across our client sites. You will be responsible for providing a full turnkey, end-to-end solution, owning the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion. This includes ensuring a safe work environment, managing contractors, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects from start to finish, taking full site responsibility and ownership.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their requirements.
• Project Development: Identify and develop project opportunities within our client portfolio, leveraging your visibility and presence on client sites.
• Scope & Planning: Define and document project scopes of work in collaboration with developers, designers, and sub-contractors. Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case and in turn outcome.
• Tender Management: Manage and run tenders on behalf of clients, including full tender analysis of sub-contractor returns.
• Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the projects.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure CBRE QHSE practices and processes are fully embedded in each project, adhering to project management policies and procedures.
• Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including estimating, business development, quantity surveying, sub-contractor management, and site management duties.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient project implementation.
• Financial Management: Manage project budgets, payment schedules, and commercial terms to eliminate risk.
• Reporting: Provide timely and accurate monthly reports to the Senior Project Manager/Head of Projects/Business Unit Director.

Accountabilities:

• Report to the Senior Project Manager.
• Generate project opportunities through strong client relationships.
• Full P&L responsibility.
• Accountability for safe project delivery in line with business processes and procedures.

What You Bring:

• Education: Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical or similar (desirable), Degree level qualification in Project Management (desirable)
• Certifications: APM certified, Prince 2 certified, CDM regulations training (desirable), SMSTS certified (desirable), Nebosh certified (desirable), IOSH (desirable), ILM2 - Principles of Team Leading (desirable)
• Experience: Proven project management experience in either an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment, Experience of developing new project opportunities, Proven experience of running a P&L, Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team, Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals.
