Job Summary:

The Project Supervisor will oversee and manage facility projects within the CBRE Project Management team, ensuring successful execution, adherence to timelines, budget compliance, and quality standards. This role will involve direct collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of facility projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and CBRE standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial accountability.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure safety and quality compliance.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth operations.
    Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
