  • Supervise, train, and lead barista and kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow at all times.
  • Provide operational support as barista or kitchen staff when necessary due to manpower gaps.
  • Manage staff scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain strict compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure proper reporting of shortages and wastages.
  • Uphold customer service excellence and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination between staff and management.

QUALIFICATION:

  • At least years of experience in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant (barista and/or kitchen background preferred).
  • With leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in both barista operations and basic kitchen procedures.
  • Mature, dependable, and with strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle team conflicts and motivate staff.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php510.00 per day
