Key Responsibilities:
- Proof-read and verifies documents prepared by Export Admin staff (e.g. Sales Contracts, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, Certificate of Origin) and other documents from other sources as required.
- Forward pertinent documents for manager's signature e.g PO, Sales Contracts, Proforma Invoice, SOA, Certificate of Origin, various letters as needed under any circumstances.
- Handle timely FedEx shipment of outgoing original documents to customers, oil to foreign laboratories, samples to prospective customers.
- Verifies billings and prepares Order of Payment of various third party partners e.g. broker, Sphere Marine, foreign laboratories, forwarders among others.
- Update GACC and US FDA registration
- Prepare documents as required by company departments or external agencies e.g. letters to Bureau of Customs, Dept. of Finance
- Conduct online research as needed.
- Perform any other tasks related to export such as attend trade shows, assist Import Export Development Officer in sales etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- At least 3 years work experience in international sales or export management.
- Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements
- Reliable, pro-active with attention to details.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results -driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Hardworking and able to work independently
