Job Description

  • Secure the needs of the specific permits and licenses to be applied and all the necessary requirements needed by the team or the Manager in coordinating with the different agencies/offices concerned with the pre-development stage of the project site.
  • Coordinates with the Design Assistant Manager on all land development and housing plans and estimates with regards to the application requirements of various permits and licenses.
  • Prepares plans for the above permits and licenses.
  • Prepares the GANTT Chart on all the activities related to the application of permits and licenses.
  • Provides assistance to BOI, Pag Ibig and LRA related concerns.
