Key Responsibilities:

The Employee's responsibility in this position will be focused on the following:

·       Support the in-house project development, legal and finance teams with the proper management,

·       administration, tracking, and oversight of contract and compliance terms and obligations in retail

·       supply contracts or similar instruments, including permit applications for project construction and

·       operations such as service contracts from the Department of Energy (DOE) and registration with the

·       Board of Investments (BOI).

·       Draft, review and verify accuracy of notices, reports, amendments, and other related contract deliverables for renewable energy projects, obtaining consents from third parties as needed

·       Secure the necessary permits and approvals for renewable energy projects.

·       Ensure compliance of the company and of the projects with all mandated rules and regulation for the renewal energy industry.

·       Coordinate with all government bodies related to compliance of renewable energy requirements.

·       Heavy travel and potential relocation within the region are expected as post – pandemic new normal work schedules allow

Desired Skills and Attributes:

·       Secure permits/licenses necessary for the implementation of PPAs from regulatory bodies

·       Maintain compliance of contracts with regulation and rules
