Permits and Licenses Officer

The Permits and Licenses Officer (Pre Docs Supervisor) shall be primarily responsible for:
- The compilation, drafting, completion, and systematic organization of project permit application files.
- Ensures that all permit applications are prepared and submitted in a timely and complete manner.
- This is an on-site role based in Tarlac Branch. Travel to project sites and government offices are required.
- Shall extend support to the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, as may be necessary or as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Business Management or any 4-year related course
- Minimum of 3-years experience in securing permits and transacting with government agencies and providers.
- Experience with building permits, zoning clearances, environmental compliance certificates, and real estate development licenses.
