About the role

We are seeking a Permits and Licenses Associate to join our team in Bacolod City. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring all required permits and licenses are obtained in a timely manner to support our ongoing property development projects. What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and submit applications for all necessary permits and licenses required for our property development projects
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies to follow up on the status of permit and license applications
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the permit and licensing process
  • Identify and address any issues or roadblocks in the permit and licensing process
  • Provide regular updates to project teams on the status of permit and license applications
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the Cebu office operations

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar permits and licenses, or administrative support role, preferably within the property development or construction industry
  • Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills: Fluent in both written and verbal English and Cebuano, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Proficient in MS Office: Competent in using MS Word, Excel, and other productivity tools
