Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Valenzuela. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales operations, setting and achieving sales targets, and coordinating with the marketing team to execute sales strategies. The Sales Manager will also oversee market research, monitor industry trends, and ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales background with experience in account management and client relationship building
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets
  • Knowledge of market research and industry trends
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Experience in the foodservice, hospitality, healthcare, or construction industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
