Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any related field is preferred.
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Secretary and Administrative Assistant.
- Experience in supporting executives, supervisors, or departments is an advantage.
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills and ability to prepare documents, memos, and reports accurately.
- Good knowledge of office procedures, filing systems, and basic record-keeping.
- Ability to manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Skilled in correspondence preparation, including emails, formal letters, and reports.
- Familiarity with handling confidential documents and sensitive information.
