Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any related field is preferred.

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Secretary and Administrative Assistant.
  • Experience in supporting executives, supervisors, or departments is an advantage.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong typing skills and ability to prepare documents, memos, and reports accurately.
  • Good knowledge of office procedures, filing systems, and basic record-keeping.
  • Ability to manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
  • Skilled in correspondence preparation, including emails, formal letters, and reports.
  • Familiarity with handling confidential documents and sensitive information.
