We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to support our management. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal and external departments for project requirements
  • Maintain organized records, databases and files

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • With at least 6 months of experience
  • Willing to work in Las Pinas (Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm)
  • Can do multi tasking
  • Can work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Almanza 1750 P00: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Executive Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
