About Us

We are a growing healthcare platform that connects patients and families with qualified caregivers, providing trusted and accessible home-based care solutions in Australia. As part of our launch team, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative who can manage both inbound/outbound calls, online chat, and email correspondence, while supporting key administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from patients, families, and caregivers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about caregiver availability, service options, and booking processes.
  • Assist with scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling caregiver visits through the platform.
  • Take detailed messages and escalate urgent matters as appropriate.
  • Handle queries regarding ongoing care, service requests, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient privacy in all interactions.
  • Accurately document all communications in the platform's system (CRM/practice management software).
  • Support administrative tasks such as email management, file updates, and caregiver coordination.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must understand Australian English (spelling, expressions, cultural nuances).
  • Additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese) are highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in rostering, healthcare admin preferred.
  • Strong writing ability for professional email correspondence.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, based on Australian time zones (covering 08.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. across all AU time zones)
  • Flexibility for extended or weekend shifts is a plus.
