About the role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' in Antipolo City, Rizal. As a CSR - No Final Interview - Pasig, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our valued clients. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to grow and develop your skills within a thriving Call Centre & Customer Service environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently, while providing a high level of customer satisfaction
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
  5. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Customer Service - Call Centre industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet
  4. Proficiency in the use of computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
