We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at Agvill Resources Inc'. Based in Antipolo City Rizal, this full-time role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, while adhering to company protocols
  4. Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  6. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
