Sales Account Specialist – Bilingual

Job Description:

We are looking for driven and goal-oriented Sales Account Specialists to join our growing team If you thrive in hitting targets, enjoy building strong customer relationships, and have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via telephone to promote and sell products and services.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships with professionalism and confidence.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Effectively close sales and achieve individual and team targets.
  • Handle negotiations when required and provide excellent customer experience.
  • Navigate Windows-based programs and tools efficiently.
  • Work on a shifting schedule and render overtime when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1+ year of sales experience (call center or related industry preferred).
  • Proven ability in sales closing and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills in English and Spanish.
  • Confident, professional, and clear phone presence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Computer proficient with excellent navigation skills.
  • Willing to work in-center, shifting schedules, and overtime.
