Service Manager

Duties
- Must guarantee that all implanted standard procedure and monitoring were properly executed in Reception Area.
- Monitor the status of units from receiving to releasing.
- Ensure/monitor that the Service Advisor (Mech/BP) properly communicated with the client regarding the status of their unit.
- Manage the service traffic flow at the service reception area.
- Coordinate workflow within the service shop floor.
- Create motivational programs to boost employee morale.
- Prepare reportorial requirements of management.
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with other departments of the company.
- Uphold employee discipline within the framework of the company's policies.
- Suggest changes to improve workflow and manpower efficiency.
- Assess the organizational needs of the department.
- Control operating expenses of the department.
- Evaluate performance of personnel to determine training needs.
- Implement SOP and work processes according to Mitsubishi standards.
- Disseminate information needed for the operation.
- Assist in the proper workload distribution with the available manpower complement for the day.
Qualifications:
- College graduate (Preferably graduate of any accounting-related degree)
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive aftersales operations
- Supervisorial experiences are welcome
- With good leadership skills
- Advanced Communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in Hino Bacoor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
