Job Summary

Responsible for the youth leadership and development program towards community and culture development.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize the youth stakeholders to initiate their own activities/projects/events that promote Galing values
  • Develop training and modules to engage youth leaders and volunteers
  • Develop calendar of plans & programs with community youth leaders to advance culture development in identified PRO-FRIENDS developments;
  • Assist in the planning, securing of resources, facilitation, and documentation of activities/projects/events to build the skills of village/phase, youth, and club leaders
  • Identify potential new leaders for the Galing and village; list names and activities or projects that they have been involved in;
  • Network with key youth development and leadership partners

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Community Development, Social Science or any related flied
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Customer service skills
  • Relationship management skills
  • Database management
  • Project management
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Patient, hardworking and works well with a team
