Duties and Responsibilities

Creates, organizes and maintains documentation across multiple IT domains including:

  • IT Operations
  • IT Finance
  • IT Logistics
  • Program Management Office (PMO)

Documents and maintains all technical processes, policies, and workflows and ensures accessibility, and compliance with organizational standards such as ITIL and ISO to maintain process excellence.

Core Functions

  1. Create and maintain documentation for IT services, systems, and procedures (e.g., SOPs, user guides, process flows, policy manuals).
  2. Collaborate with IT subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
  3. Ensure consistency in formatting, style, and terminology across all documents.
  4. Manage documentation repositories; ensure regular reviews, updates, and archiving.
  5. Support cross-functional teams in knowledge sharing and improving documentation practices.
  6. Assist in developing knowledge base articles for service desk and IT roles.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices in technical writing and knowledge management.
  8. Provide documentation and materials for training and onboarding.
  9. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
