Communications - Marketing Coordinator VA

About Us:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support communications, content creation, social media management, marketing campaigns, and client relationship management. You will help promote speaking engagements, podcasts, and other initiatives, ensuring all content and materials are on-brand and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
Communications & Relationship Management
- Organize and maintain current client lists; manage e-blasts and newsletters to clients
- Assist with copywriting for marketing campaigns
- Promote speaking events and follow up on engagements, logging leads and contacts into Keap (CRM)
- Manage Keap for newsletters, contact management, and landing pages
Marketing Materials Development & Management
- Increase speaking engagements with qualified dentist study clubs according to provided guidelines
- Research and request podcast interviews for Rachel and coaches
- Manage article marketing: repurpose content and publish across LinkedIn and other channels
- Organize, prioritize, and report client results for marketing purposes, including photos from training/workshops for social media
- Manage and repurpose video and written content for social media and traditional marketing channels
- Collaborate with coaches to develop at least 1 ROI case study per month based on client results, and utilize these in communications (social, blogs, email, sales tools)
- Develop a system for managing and encouraging testimonial videos
- Ensure corporate partners/sponsors are adequately promoted via email and social media
- Assist in preparing conference booths (banners, giveaways, brochures, post-event follow-up)
- Research industry content for speaking and client engagement purposes
- Develop slides and graphics using Canva and Google Slides
- Maintain all training materials and reports in on-brand format
- Assist in preparing the annual Rachel speaker packet
- Help create and repurpose content for podcast resources, worksheets, guides, etc.
- Schedule podcast recordings and guest appearances; coordinate promotions
- Prepare newsletters and podcast email promotions after Rachel's approval
- Coordinate social media posting, including sourcing and organizing photos/videos for social media
Social Media Management
- Monitor all IH and Rachel social media accounts, respond where appropriate
- Respond to Google reviews and repurpose them for social media and general marketing
- Maintain the YouTube channel, ensuring testimonial videos are posted
- Repurpose content from articles, podcasts, videos, and speaking events for social media
Deliverables
- Minimum of 1 new ROI case study per month
- Support Growth Forum promotion, slide draft creation, and repurposing of content
- Send birthday cards to clients every month
- Support lead generation to achieve a minimum of 12 Discovery meetings per month with qualified leads (Dentists, OMs, DSO owners, COOs)
- Schedule and complete at least 1 dentist-focused podcast interview per month with a minimum of 2,500 dentist or OM subscribers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience Required:
- 1–2 years of communications experience
- 1–2 years of design experience
- Proficiency with Google Suite, especially Docs and Slides
- Documented proficiency with Canva
- Exceptional attention to detail and high follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and careful planning
- Keep electronic notes of project details and progress in or similar software (e.g. Keap).
- Strong eye for design, branding, and content
- Positive attitude, self-starter, and collaborates well with teammates
Availability: Can start immediately
Work Set-up: Work onsite (Juna Subdivision, Matina, Davao City)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
