Job Title: Digital Marketing VA

Salary Range: Php 50,000-60,000

Working hours: 6:00am-2:30pm PHT

Work Schedule:  Monday to Friday

We're looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Admin VA to support our sales team and ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. You'll bring strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while collaborating with internal teams across ad operations, creative, and marketing. If you enjoy assisting with proposals and client communications, maintaining dynamic sales collateral using AI, managing CRM and documentation, and delivering accurate reports and insights, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive efficiency and provide exceptional client support. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with proposals, presentations, client communications, and follow-ups.
  • Campaign Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (ad operations, creative, marketing) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to spec.
  • Collateral Maintenance: Using AI to automatically update stats in sales collateral including podcasts. As well as maintaining & updating go to market decks
  • Administration: Manage booking systems, contracts, and invoicing processes to maintain accuracy across sales documentation.
  • Reporting: Track campaign performance, compile reports, and provide insights for sales team and clients.
  • Client Service: Respond to client queries promptly, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and support.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline coordination processes to improve efficiency for the sales and operations teams.
  • Database & CRM Management: Update and maintain client information, sales pipelines, and campaign records.

Key Accountabilities

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with sales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data, proposals, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce/HubSpot
  • Understanding of digital media platforms (programmatic, social, search, display, video) and online advertising processes
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Prior experience in media sales, digital marketing, or campaign coordination (preferred but not essential).
