Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support our client, a premier U.S.-based home furnishing company, in managing logistics, vendor coordination, and inventory control. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic back-office operations team that plays a critical role in the end-to-end supply chain process.

What You'll Do

  • Parts Orders Management – Review, confirm, and place part orders for customer care, warehouse, and showroom needs (45%)
  • Order Tracking & Vendor Coordination – Communicate with suppliers, manage ETAs, update internal systems, and alert stakeholders on delays or cancellations (20%)
  • Data Entry & Reporting – Maintain Excel logs, performance indicators, and order tracking files (20%)
  • Inventory Audits – Conduct inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy (10%)
  • Continuous Learning – Stay updated on supply chain and logistics trends through regular self-development (5%)

You'll report directly to the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain and contribute to the smooth coordination of shipments from manufacturers to distribution centers and retail locations.

What We're Looking ForMust-Have Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in a supply chain coordination or logistics role
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, advanced formulas)
  • Strong analytical thinking – able to take on demand planning and tactical supply chain tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proven ability to multitask and solve problems independently
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision and handling confidential information

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience with U.S. supply chain/logistics processes
  • Familiarity with vendor and logistics partner coordination
  • Previous background supporting retail or e-commerce operations
