What You'll Do
1. Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning
  • Determine optimal delivery quantities per SKU and branch based on sales history and delivery schedules.
  • Analyze sales trends, product movement, and inventory levels to create accurate demand forecasts.
  • Adjust forecasts for seasonal and promotional events (Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.).
2. Stock Optimization & Analysis
  • Monitor real-time sales and inventory to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Identify causes of stock discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Propose process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce inventory waste.
3. Warehouse Inventory Health & Expiry Management
  • Track near-expiry items in the warehouse.
  • Recommend and coordinate markdown initiatives for expiring stocks.
  • Monitor sell-through performance until items are fully cleared.
4. Back-in-Stock (BIS) Management
  • Maintain an updated tracker for out-of-stock items.
  • Notify Sales Coordinators, Merchandisers, and e-Commerce teams when items are replenished.
  • Ensure replenished items are included in purchase orders for all connected branches.
5. Data Integrity & Auditing
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly delivery-vs-sales audits.
  • Investigate discrepancies and work with teams to resolve missing or "ghost" inventory.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across inventory systems and reports.
6. E-Commerce Channel Support
  • Provide weekly inventory updates for online marketplaces.
  • Update e-commerce stock levels more frequently during promos or high-velocity periods.
7. Collaboration & Reporting
  • Act as primary analytical support for the Sales team.
  • Coordinate with Sales Coordinators and Merchandisers on deliveries and branch insights.
  • Prepare reports on expiry risks, audits, stock movements, and inventory analysis.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Forecast Accuracy Rate (variance between forecast vs. actual demand)
  • Stockout & Overstock Rate (maintain minimal stockouts and controlled inventory levels)
  • Inventory Turnover Rate
  • Expiry & Waste Reduction (amount of items expiring or written off)
  • Order Accuracy & On-Time Delivery Approvals
  • Data Accuracy Score (audit results and system alignment)
  • E-Commerce Stock Update Timeliness
  • Report Quality & Timeliness (complete, clear, and submitted on schedule)
