About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Officer to join our team at Klan 3D Incorporated in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products and services. As Quality Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality control processes to ensure our operations meet the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies
  2. Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  3. Analysing quality data and generating reports to track performance
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
  5. Providing training and guidance to employees on quality best practices
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards
  7. Continuously looking for ways to enhance quality and efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the records management or document control industry
  3. Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods, and tools
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Proficient in data analysis and report generation
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
