I. RESPONSIBILITY

Job Summary :

Ensure the products are produced efficiently, timely and correctly in conformance to the specifications of the quality

standard. Responsible for raw materials and finished product inspection, coordination and control of quality process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that the established quality objectives are achieved.

  2. Checking of finished feeds particle size (mash & crumble form) fines, PDI of finished feeds, retrievals, coco-oil and

other raw materials used for feeds production.

  1. Evaluation of incoming raw materials and finished products using the required testing methods.

  2. Ensure that the quality of finished product and raw materials are in the set standards before release and prior to use

respectively.

  1. Ensure that all samples/ samplings were made and brought to the laboratory for tests/analysis.

  2. Coordinate with AN any issues concerning raw materials and finished feeds.

  3. Ensure all process parameters are followed in all areas accordingly.

  4. Working and coordinating with other departments to implement the company's policies and goals.

  5. Check, update and report weekly progress and daily reports and monitoring. Submit weekly progress report.

  6. Check the GM, sanitation and cleanliness of the warehouse and other working areas.

  7. Ensure efficient operations and safe working environment.

  8. Resolve issues with tact and discretion. .

  9. Assist in training new supervisory trainees.

  10. Feedback/Complaint handling- conducts verification, investigation, and closing. Conducts farm visit in coordination

with CG for internal feeds. Follow-up on corrective/preventive action.

  1. Work with AN in tracing feeds and raw materials with quality concerns @ farm level.

  2. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Agriculture, Animal science or related courses.
  • Experience : With or without experience.
  • Special Skills : Must be willing to train, honest, obedient, and trustworthy.
  • Must be a computer literate (Microsoft office: Work, excel, power point).
  • Data presentation skills, Good Verbal & Written communication, Flexible, Problem Solving, Team
  • Player, Diversity Awareness
  • Computer savy (MS Office applications);
  • Willing to work in Compostela Cebu
