Job Summary:

The Asset Management Assistant for Treasury provides support to employees for mobile services and company motor vehicles, ensuring timely account management, registration, and accurate record-keeping of all assigned assets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for mobile service inquiries, account requests, activations, and handset/network issues.
  • Maintain records of assigned lines and handsets, including transfers, disconnections, and renewals.
  • Manage company motor vehicles, including OR/CR documentation, LTO registration/renewal, and insurance (CTPL and Comprehensive).
  • Execute transfers of vehicle ownership and custody as needed.
  • Communicate employee concerns to supervisors and ensure accurate record-keeping of all mobile and vehicle assets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year college program with relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
