Job Summary:Manage and oversee cold storage operation and personnel in the assigned cluster ensuring accurate reporting and efficient operation while also maximizing sales serving. Ensure that all tasks are properly delegated in accordance to company's prescribed objective to achieve the highest level of productivity. Perform assigned tasks and take necessary actions if deviations to perform these tasks are present.

Apply motivational techniques in supervising, coaching, counseling subordinates and provide necessary input into the performance evaluation form. Duties and Responsibilities:Effectively implement standard operating procedures and monitoring templates across all 3rd party cold storages (hubs) in the assigned cluster. Lead storage personnel in the assigned cluster to fulfill reporting requirements, highlighting performance standards and mentor the team to exceed performance expectations and accountability.

Conduct regular hub visits within the assigned cluster to check on hub operations personnel and 3rd party operating procedures. Manage all activities and supervise personnel in the following but not limited to: receiving, storing (put away), picking, scheduling, and dispatching activities in all company storages. Check and maintain all hub operation reports in the assigned cluster.

Ensure proper delegation of tasks and aid in controlling inventory by supporting physical counts with audit team to reconcile reports with internal transfer documents. Ensure effective implementation of internal warehouse management system for all hubs in the assigned cluster. Monitor movements to and from storages ensuring proper receipt of goods and flag questionable movements.

Cross-check consistency between cold storage reports versus internal team reports and reconcile any misalignment. Manage and monitor 3rd party truckers in all cold storages in the assigned cluster, plan out routes and clustering to optimize distribution of company products. Monitor buffer levels and ensure flagging of near-expiry items in all cold storages of the assigned cluster.

Collaborate with cold storage operations field team in the assigned cluster to drive and ensure all department initiatives are met. Supervise, evaluate, and train employees in the cold storage operation of the assigned cluster. Coordinate training needs with other departments or external trainers to ensure the team's fulfillment of each functional responsibility.

Establish and practice a culture of cost-consciousness among the department at all times. Ensure workplace safety among team members at all times and safeguard company assets and properties. Be responsible in all cold storage operation related tasks that may be needed and perform other related duties assigned by superior.

Key Qualifications:Education: College Graduate. Experience: with minimum 4 years warehouse management experience. Special Skills: Emphasis on accuracy, strong attention to detail, solid foundation, experience on inventory management and data analysis, outstanding problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
