Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cold Chain Logistics Leader to oversee and optimize our cold chain logistics operations, developing strategies to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and maintain product integrity.

About the Role:

  • Strategic Planning

    - Develop and execute strategic plans for cold chain logistics aligned with business objectives.

    - Provide visionary leadership to foster excellence, safety, and innovation.

  • Operational Excellence

    - Oversee daily operations in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

    - Ensure compliance with industry regulations while optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.

  • Customer Relationship Management

    - Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.

    - Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive growth opportunities.

  • Regulatory Compliance

    - Maintain compliance with permits, certifications, and quality management standards.

  • Financial Management

    - Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

    - Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

  • Team Leadership & Development

    - Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

    - Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

  • Technology Integration

    - Evaluate and implement advanced technologies to improve tracking, monitoring, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • At least 10 years of managerial experience and 5+ years of proven success in cold chain logistics, ideally in FMCG, pharma, or manufacturing.

  • Strong track record in leading mid-sized or rapidly scaling companies through growth, organizational restructuring, or turnaround.

Responsibilities

  • Foster collaboration and open communication among cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and implement process improvements and best practices.

  • Ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
