The Warehouse Helper is responsible for accurately retrieving products from cold storage areas based on customer orders, ensuring proper handling, packaging, and documentation while maintaining compliance with cold chain and safety standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring order accuracy, inventory, integrity, and timely dispatch of goods.

Education and Experience:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • At least 5 months of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in cold storage or food distribution
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems or RF scanners is an advantage
  • Can follow instructions, work with minimal supervision and maintain accuracy under pressure

Skills:

  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Time management and task prioritizing
  • Adaptability to cold work environment
  • Basic understanding of inventory handling and order picking processes
  • Team player with good communication skills
