The Role:

We're seeking a Senior Account Manager — an experienced sales and marketing professional with 7+ years' experience in SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech. This role is designed for someone who goes beyond account service, driving growth across existing, new, and add-on business opportunities. You'll act as a strategic advisor to enterprise and high-value clients, bringing commercial acumen, leadership maturity, and hands-on execution. You'll leverage HubSpot for sales and pipeline management and integrate productivity-enhancing AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate client outcomes and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise and franchise clients.
  • Drive commercial outcomes across three streams:
    • Existing Business – increase adoption, expand usage, and deliver measurable ROI.
    • New Business – generate and convert opportunities, managing pipeline via HubSpot CRM.
    • Add-On Business – upsell and cross-sell product modules, AI tools, and integrations.
  • Lead client strategy sessions, onboarding, and quarterly business reviews with a growth-first lens.
  • Deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve marketing ROI.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure clients achieve measurable success.
  • Report consistently on account health, usage, pipeline, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Act as a mentor within the team, setting best practices for account growth and client management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success for SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech.
  • Able to work on a hybrid setup here in our office located at Quezon Avenue Corner Scout Reyes Diliman QC.
  • Proven success growing enterprise-level accounts, delivering upsell/cross-sell revenue, and managing strategic relationships.
  • Deep experience with HubSpot CRM (or equivalent) for pipeline, automation, and reporting.
  • Confidence and familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools for marketing, reporting, and efficiency.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting and presenting data-driven insights.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.

Work Style
