What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing and processing insurance authorization requests in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Communicating with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance carriers to obtain necessary information and documents
  3. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all authorization activities
  4. Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies in the authorization process
  5. Collaborating with the team to continuously improve the authorization workflow and procedures
  6. Providing exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders throughout the authorization process

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance authorization or medical billing role
  2. Experience in ABA Healthcare
  3. Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
  4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  5. Proficient in using insurance authorization software and electronic medical record systems
